Flexible Maintenance Agreements
Americom offers a variety of flexible maintenance packages to meet your needs. We review your entire print fleet with your actual numbers to determine where the best opportunities for saving money and improving productivity can be found. We can vary the billing cycles to fit your volume fluctuations. We also will group a fleet of machines on one invoice, or separate them by department, location or machine. You also have the option to bundle all service calls, supplies, parts and labor on one invoice. You tell us how you want it, and we will make it happen.

Comprehensive Repair
Americom offers certified printer repair services and upgrades on printer parts for each and every brand we carry. We will address the issue promptly, and diagnose the unit using a 22-step inspection and maintenance, to check for any other problems.
IT NETWORKING
Americom offers block hour plans for IT Networking support. A block hour plan is a specified number of hours you will need for our services set at a flat rate to be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. This plan will allow you to call in for support or have our engineers come to you without being billed every time. Instead, we just deduct the time from your allotted hours. We can set up a plan that works for you. |
